BioTransform
Alpha Beast’s own programme. Blood work and DNA insights are read, and what they show becomes your training, nutrition and recovery plan.
What BioTransform is.
Most programmes begin with a goal and a template. This one begins with a reading. Your blood work is drawn, a set of markers is measured, and the plan is written against what those markers actually show.
DNA insights sit alongside the panel. Blood work describes what your body is doing at the moment it was drawn. The genetic side is context that does not move, and it helps explain why two people on the same programme respond differently.
It is not a diagnosis and it is not treatment. BioTransform reads markers to inform how you train, what you eat and how much you recover. Anything clinical stays with your doctor.
How it runsWhat the blood
work reads.
Six groups of markers. Each one answers a different question about how your body is running, and each one changes something in the plan.
- Kidney function
- Cystatin C · Creatinine · eGFR
How efficiently the kidneys are clearing waste. It sets a sensible ceiling on protein intake and on how quickly training volume is allowed to climb.
- Liver markers
- ALT · AST
How the liver is coping with what it is being asked to process. It shapes how far nutrition is pushed, and when it is eased off instead.
- Blood sugar & metabolism
- Fasting insulin · HbA1c · Triglycerides · HDL/LDL
How your body is handling carbohydrate and fat. This is where the shape of the diet gets decided rather than assumed, and where progress usually shows up first.
- Hormones & thyroid
- Testosterone · Progesterone · TSH · Free T3
The system behind recovery, appetite and the rate at which you add muscle or lose fat. Training frequency and rest days are set against it.
- Heart & risk markers
- ApoB · Lp(a) · hs-CRP · Homocysteine
Cardiovascular load and inflammation. It informs how much conditioning belongs in the week and at what intensity, and it is read with your doctor rather than around them.
- Nutrients & energy
- Vitamin D · B12 · Ferritin
The inputs behind energy, oxygen transport and recovery. Low readings often explain sessions that felt harder than they should have.
Groups, not single numbers. One reading sitting outside a range means very little on its own. The pattern across the six is what sets the direction.
Bloods first.
Then the plan.
- 01
Bloods and intake
Your blood work is done, and you complete an intake covering training history, injuries, sleep, food, work pattern and what you actually want to change. The readings mean more once EJ knows the life around them.
- 02
Interpretation
EJ reads the panel against the intake, alongside your DNA insights. He is looking for the pattern rather than the outlier, and for the two or three things that are holding everything else back.
- 03
The plan
Training, nutrition and recovery are written from what the readings show. The split, the weekly volume, how carbohydrate and fat sit across the day, how much rest the week has to hold. Every instruction has a reason you can be told.
- 04
Re-test and adjust
Markers are read again and the plan moves with them. Progress is judged on what changed in the numbers, not on how the last block felt.
Blood work is laboratory work. Alpha Beast does not perform it, diagnose from it, or treat anything it finds. The readings inform how you train and what you eat, and anything medical stays with your doctor.
Same goal.
Different blood.
When the markers move.
Adlin came to EJ after a hospital admission, managing PCOS and diabetes. The numbers she talks about are the same kind of numbers this panel is built to read.
“My blood sugars are ideal, cholesterol is down, I’m down 16kg.”
But with PCOS and diabetes, I felt like it was a losing battle. Genuinely chuffed at how far I’ve come since then thanks to EJ.
It does not
suit everyone.
It suits you if
You have trained consistently for a while and progress has stopped. You are already doing the work, and you want to know what is actually in the way.
You are managing a health condition alongside a physique goal, with your doctor across it. Knowing what your markers say makes the coaching around them more careful, not less ambitious.
You want the reason behind the instruction. If “trust me” has never been enough for you, this is the programme that shows its working.
It is not for you if
You are new to training. Build the habit first. A panel will not create consistency, and personal training is the better place to start.
You want a fast result. Markers move on the body’s timescale, and the plan is written for that rather than around it.
You want a diagnosis or a treatment. BioTransform is coaching. It reads markers to inform training and nutrition, and it does not replace medical care.
You would rather not know. The panel is not always flattering, and the plan that follows is written on what it says.

your numbers say.
Tell EJ what you want to change and what you already know about your health. He will tell you straight whether BioTransform is the right route for you, and what it would take.
