Who EJ is.

EJ Philip Joshua founded Alpha Beast Fitness and coaches from a private, closed studio on the sixth floor of 33E Hongkong Street. He trains people one to one.

He was crowned Mr World Singapore 2023 in the Senior Division. The same year, the Marketing Institute of Singapore gave him its Best Personal Brand Award. He has judged pageant grand finals, and he works the corner for his own athletes at physique shows around the region.

believes.

Discipline

He will not build a programme around how you feel on the day. The session is in the diary, so the session happens. Everything else follows from that.

Structure

Nothing is in a programme because it looked good. Every phase has a job, and he can tell you what that job is before you start it.

Science

He would rather read your blood work than guess at your metabolism. Where a real number exists, he uses the number and adjusts the plan to it.

Accountability

He tells people where they actually are, including the weeks when the honest answer is that nothing has moved. That conversation is the job.
